		<description>Love dipping into your head a little in your blogging...  I'm musing on aging these days, too.  40 has been a very good year - engagement! and stimulating challenges in my work defending the waters...  But there are those days when I, too, contemplate the eternal and agree that eternity is some scary shit.  I'm also acquieseing to the frailty, not succumbing, just admitting to myself that I can't do everything I used to be able to and that's ok.  My yoga practice had helped me tremendously - in ways I didn't even realize it would.  Aging is good, though, as it allows you to come into yourself - whatever phase you are in...  Nice to touch in with you.  Keep writing!</description>
